1. Free Evaluation Lesson: We offer a free evaluation lesson to help you decide if Quran Suhba Institute is the right choice for you or your child.

2. Payment and Scheduling: Monthly fees are paid at the end of the month through our secure payment system. The system automatically calculates lessons, issues invoices, and facilitates payments. Lessons will be suspended if fees are not received on time.

3. Late Payment: Quran Suhba Institute reserves the right to suspend lessons if payments are delayed for more than 14 days without prior notice or an acceptable excuse.

4. Referral Program: Refer Quran Suhba Institute to your friends or family, and you will receive two free study hours upon their successful registration.

5. Leave Policy: Paid leaves are part of the monthly schedule. Make-up lessons for extended leaves will only be provided if agreed upon in advance.

6. Absence: If a student is absent without prior notice (except in emergencies), the session will be considered completed. Make-up lessons can be arranged based on the teacher’s availability.

7. Cancellation Policy: To request a make-up lesson, cancellations must be reported at least 4 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp.

8. Long-Term Absence: Quran Suhba Institute may cancel enrollment if a student is absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, and no financial compensation will be provided.

9. Privacy and Security: Your privacy is our priority. Never share contact details, payment information, or any personal data with teachers. Quran Suhba Institute will not be responsible for any misuse of personal information outside our secure system.

10. Teacher Changes: Quran Suhba Institute reserves the right to change teachers if necessary to maintain the quality of education.

11. Communication Guidelines: Discussions about payments or personal information with teachers are strictly prohibited. All financial matters must be handled through official channels only.

12. Policy Updates: Quran Suhba Institute may update the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be communicated via our website.
